Thanks to my sales background I have learned amongst others to actively listen and ask the “right” questions to discover the underlying reasons and motivations of people.

My coaching is flexible and tailored to your specific needs. Here are some examples of the career coaching work I do with clients:

  • understanding the current situation (as is)
  • identifying the ideal career or role for you (to be)
  • identifying clear action items and next steps
  • reviewing your CV
  • highlighting your strengths and achievements
  • getting up on LinkedIn and other social media

Career Coaching creates an environment to focus on the most important person – you. It is a great opportunity to openly discuss how to reach the next level and the desired outcome.

My philosophy is not to give you the “fish”, rather teach you how to “fish”.

How does it work?

We have an initial conversation or ‘chemistry’ session to understand a little more about each other and see if we think that together we are a great coaching partner.

We review your current work situation, what’s worked in the past, what you passion is and what you enjoy. Also, we look at the lesson learnt and what you find more challenging.

We brainstorm about your ideal role, explore possibilities for the future and create a plan! You then take steps and tools that work for you to get you there.

The coaching can be face-to-face and/or over the phone. Between the sessions, we agree on the activity or steps that are relevant to your coaching objectives.
